Legal Support Specialist (Litigation & Transactional) - Hybrid | Los Angeles
About the Role
We're looking for a high-performing Legal Support Specialist to join a fast-paced legal team supporting both litigation and transactional work. In this role, you'll partner closely with multiple attorneys, helping drive cases and matters forward from inception through resolution.

What You'll Do
Attorney & Practice Support
- Provide day-to-day support to multiple attorneys across litigation and transactional matters
- Manage complex calendars, including court dates, depositions, meetings, and deadlines
- Coordinate travel, expenses, and scheduling logistics
Document & Case Management
- Draft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and filings
- Prepare pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal materials using templates and attorney input
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files for easy access and accuracy
- Support document production, research, and data gathering
Litigation & Filing Support
- Coordinate and manage filings in state and federal courts (including e-filing)
- Prepare deposition materials, discovery documents, and case summaries
- Assist with trial, arbitration, and mediation preparation, including binders and exhibits
- Track deadlines and ensure all filings and deliverables are completed on time
Operations & Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact, managing communications and workflow across teams
- Prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Assist with billing, time entry, and administrative reporting as needed
- Proactively identify ways to improve organization and efficiency
What You Bring
- 5+ years of legal support or legal administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of court procedures, filings, and litigation processes
- Hands-on experience with state and federal e-filing
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and legal systems
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
